DESCRIPITION OF TOOTH CONFIGURATION:

ATB tooth:the tops of alternating teeth are bevelled to one side of the blade or the other at approximately 15 degrees, this tooth bears asharp pointed tips that provides a neat clipping action for very fine finishes, two teeth will span the entire width of kerf, alternate top bevel tooth design shear cuts the material for clean cutting without chipping or splintering.

TCG TOOTH:the trapeziform lead tooth had a double 45degree angle corner bevel,followed by a flat toped rake tooth ground lower 0.2mm than the lead tooth, the flat tooth removes the corner left on both sides by the trapeziform lead tooth, this type of tooth combines a balanced cutting force, lower tooth drag and free chip flow.

Combined tooth: four bevel teeth combined with one flat tooth,the flat tooth lower 0.2mm than the bevel tips, which removes a V-sharp material left by ATB tooth during cutting,it provide a very smooth cut.

Tapper tooth:this is used on scoring wood composites materials.

Flat tooth:this is used on multi-ripping saw blades.
